The platform delivers a seamless property browsing experience with advanced search filters, high-quality listings, and a fully responsive design. Pearl Property was built for a Thai-German agency in Pattaya selling to buyers who are usually in another country. They wanted listings that look as good as the properties, pages that are found in search, and an enquiry that reaches an agent while the buyer is still reading.

What we had to solve
- Heavy galleries, fast pages A listing carries dozens of photographs, so images are served in modern formats at several sizes and only the visible ones are loaded.
- Found in more than one language Each listing has its own address and description per language, so a search engine indexes a page per language instead of one mixed page.
- Search buyers actually use The filters follow how people shop, by area, bedrooms, budget and sea view, and a result set keeps its place when a buyer goes back to it.
- Enquiries that reach someone Every enquiry is tied to the listing it came from and routed to the agent who owns it, with a copy kept in the dashboard.
