From AI Idea to a Product People Pay For
We scope version one around the single job your users will pay for, prove it on real data, and build the product around it: accounts, plans, billing and the dashboards that show what each user costs to serve.

Six product shapes, one team to build them
Each comes with a clear version one: what it does on launch day, and who it is for.
AI MVP
The smallest product that proves people want it: one job, done well, in front of real users.
Version one includes
- The core AI step on real data
- Sign-up and a simple dashboard
- Usage and feedback tracking
Good forA demo, a pilot client or an investor round
AI SaaS platform
A product many companies sign up for, each with its own users, data, plan and usage limits.
Version one includes
- Company accounts and roles
- Plans, usage limits and billing
- An admin panel for your team
Good forSelling to teams on a monthly plan
AI mobile app
Flutter or React Native apps where the AI runs through your own API, so keys never ship inside the app.
Flutter developmentVersion one includes
- iOS and Android from one codebase

Good forConsumer products and field teams
AI agent product
Multi-step work such as research, fill, check and send, sold as a service, with a review step your customer controls.
Version one includes
- A run history for every task
- An approve-or-edit step
- Limits on what the agent may do
Good forBack-office work customers pay to hand off
AI API product
Your model or pipeline sold per call to other developers, with API keys, rate limits and usage billing.
REST API developmentVersion one includes
- API keys and a developer portal
- Rate limits per plan
- Billing by usage
Good forData and model owners
Vertical AI tool
One industry’s documents, words and rules built in, so it fits the work better than a general tool.
Version one includes

- Checks written with experts
Good forLegal, finance, health and education teams

Plan My AI MVPWhat a paid AI product needs besides the model
Eight modules every AI SaaS ends up needing. We plan them in from the start, so launch day isn’t spent building a billing page.
Sign-up and teams
Email, Google and single sign-on, with roles for each team.
Company data kept apart
Each customer’s records separated, so no account sees another’s.
Plans and billing
Trials, monthly plans, invoices and failed-payment retries.
Stripe · Razorpay (example tools, to be confirmed)AI credits and limits
A monthly allowance per plan, with a warning before it runs out.
- AI coreYour model, prompts, test set and fallbacksPromptsTest setFallbacksCost caps
Admin panel
Users, plans, refunds and support tools for your own team.
Onboarding emails
A welcome, first-use tips and a nudge when a trial goes quiet.
Product analytics
Which features people use, where they stop and who comes back.
Quality and cost dashboard
Answer scores and model cost per user, for every release.
Dashed tool names are examples, chosen for your market in Discovery.
What will each user cost to serve?
Model costs grow with every user. Set your numbers and see the monthly bill, the cost per user and the price that keeps your margin.
1,000 users · 100 requests each · Small modelIllustrative
Cost per user
Price per user, keeping 70% margin
On model cost alone. Hosting, support and payment fees come on top, and we add them in Discovery.
Rates as of September 2026 (example rates, to be confirmed)Example rates of $0.50 (small) and $12 (large) per 1,000 requests of about 2,000 tokens. Real costs depend on your prompts; we price them in Discovery.

A product team around the model
Launching is a product problem as much as an AI one. We plan both.
Scoped to a launch date
We cut features, not the date. The scope board above is how we decide together what waits.
Product thinking, not just code
Pricing, onboarding and the numbers to watch are part of the plan from Discovery.
Web and mobile from one team
Laravel, React and Flutter around the same API, so every platform ships together.
We stay after launch
Usage and cost reviews after launch, then monthly care if you want it.

Short answers to what founders ask us most. Which model to use, data safety and running costs are answered on AI Product Development.
+91 97123 07570Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM ISTHow long does an AI MVP take?
It depends on how much the core AI step has to prove and how many features are Must-haves. Discovery ends with a dated plan, so you know the launch week before the build starts, and after that we cut features rather than move the date.
What’s the difference between this and AI Product Development?
AI Product Development adds AI to software you already run, such as an assistant inside your portal. This service builds a new product with AI at its centre, including the accounts, plans and billing around it.
Can you build the whole SaaS, including billing and admin?
Yes. Sign-up and teams, company data kept apart, plans, billing, usage limits and the admin panel are part of the MVP plan, built by the same team that builds the AI part, for web and mobile.
How do we keep model costs below what users pay?
We price it before we build it. Discovery gives a cost per user from your real prompts, each plan gets an AI credit limit, and a dashboard shows the cost per user from the first release. Where it helps, simple requests go to a smaller, cheaper model.
Who owns the code, prompts and data?
You do. The code, prompts, test sets and data live in your repositories and cloud accounts, under your own API keys, from the first day.
Can you build something we can show investors, and sign an NDA first?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you share any details. A working prototype on real data, with its test scores, often makes a stronger investor demo than slides, and the cost model answers the margin question early.
What happens after the MVP launches?
We review usage, cost and feedback with you and plan the next release from what users actually do. After that, many teams keep us on a monthly plan for new features, model updates and support.
An AI tool or another team started our product. Can you take it over?
Yes. If it was built with an AI app builder, AI Prototype Rescue checks it and makes it safe for real users first; then we carry on building the product with you.
Tell us about the product you want to launch
The job it does and who pays for it is enough to start. We’ll tell you honestly what version one should include, and what can wait.
- A reply within one working dayFrom an engineer, not a sales script.
- A 30-minute scoping callWe find the one job version one must do.
- A written next stepScope, stages and a first cost range.
