CarPro Inspections is a user-friendly platform for booking car inspections and receiving expert reports. Designed for ease and transparency, it features online scheduling, real-time updates, and detailed reports with images. Key features include secure payments, a mobile-responsive design, and tools for both customers and inspectors.
CarPro Inspections was built for an inspection company whose customers were booking by telephone and waiting days for a PDF. They wanted a booking page, a view the inspector can work from at the kerbside, and a report the buyer opens on a link the same day.

The Challenges
What we had to solve
- Reports from the kerbside An inspector works outdoors on mobile data, so photographs are compressed on the device and a report uploads in the background, picking up again when the signal returns.
- Slots that respect travel time Booking has to account for where the previous inspection was, so the calendar offers only the slots an inspector can realistically reach.
- A report two people can read The same inspection is shown as a short verdict for a buyer and as a full photographic record for the garage, from one set of data.
- Paying before the visit Payment is taken at booking and refunded automatically when a slot is cancelled inside the agreed window.
