The centre was tracking enrolment, attendance and course progress in spreadsheets only one person could edit. They wanted one system for students, classes and staff, with announcements that actually reach a parent.

The Challenges
What we had to solve
- Attendance across classes A student can be in several courses at once, so attendance is recorded per session and rolled up per student, per class and per term.
- Enrolment in one pass Enrolment collects the student, the guardian and the course in a single flow, and a part-finished form can be picked up later.
- Announcements that arrive Messages go out by e-mail and inside the system, and the sender can see who has read them rather than hoping.
- Students who become alumni A leaving student keeps their record and moves to the alumni list, so the history is not lost when a course ends.
