CSI Screening was built for a screening provider whose clients were e-mailing consent forms and chasing results by telephone. They needed one dashboard where an employer starts a check, the candidate consents online, and everyone can see how far the case has got.

The Challenges

What we had to solve

Consent on the record A check cannot start without the candidate consenting, so the form, the timestamp and the version of the wording are all stored with the case.
Sensitive data, narrow access Results are visible only to the people named on a case, and every time a report is opened it is written to an audit log.
Turnaround you can see Different checks come back at different speeds, so a case shows each check separately instead of one status that hides the slow one.
Keeping only what is needed Records are removed on a retention schedule that differs per client and per check, which had to run without breaking the audit trail.
