Novo Zero Due was built for a beach resort that was keeping bookings in one system, guests in another and the day jobs on paper. They wanted a single control panel where reception, housekeeping and management all look at the same day.

The Challenges
What we had to solve
- Never book the same room twice Availability is checked and held inside one transaction, so two clerks taking a booking at the same moment cannot overlap.
- Rates that change by season Prices are set per period and per room type with a rule for overlaps, so a stay that crosses two seasons is quoted correctly.
- One panel, several jobs Reception, housekeeping and management see the same day through their own view, and a role only gets what it is allowed to change.
- Check-in without a queue Guest details are collected before arrival so the desk only confirms them, and the record carries over to the next stay.
