MenuFairy is a smart digital menu platform that improves the dining experience with QR-code access. Customers can browse menus, place orders, and pay — all from their phones. Key features include contactless QR menus, real-time updates, multi-language support, secure payments, and a seamless ordering system for restaurants and guests.

MenuFairy.de was built for restaurants that wanted the menu on the guest phone without an app store in the way. The brief was a QR code on the table that opens a menu in a second, takes the order and the payment, and lets the kitchen change a price at any time.

The Challenges

What we had to solve

Opening in a second on restaurant wifi The menu is served as a light page with its images sized for a phone, so it opens quickly on a crowded connection.
Changing a price mid-service Menu changes are published straight away, and a guest page checks for a newer version before an order is sent.
Several languages on one menu Every dish carries its translations, and the language a guest picks is kept for the rest of the visit.
Orders the kitchen can trust An order is tied to its table and given a number the staff can read out, and it stays on the screen until somebody marks it done.
